For clients rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% deposit of the service price is required.In the case of 24 hours or less or no call/no show/cancel - clients will be charged 100% of the service price. If you are more than 15 minutes to your appointment you will be considered a no call/no show appointment and will be responsible for your cancellation fee in order to reschedule. As a courtesy, I send text and/or email confirmations before each appointment. Appointments can be checked and altered by calling Hair&Co at (479)435-9275 or online through Gloss Genius. In the event that you are unable to be reached, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. Messages sent on the weekends won’t be answered until the following Monday.
